Moving in More Ways Than One
The goal is, and will continue to be, movement. Moving in order to get fit, and being open to God moving me in whatever direction He leads.
Time to Get It Done
My weight has been a struggle for decades but now at 64, it’s imperative that I get up and start moving more. It’s time to start a routine I can stick to because let’s face it getting started is the hardest part. It’s hard because lifting weights and moving a body that’s been sedentary. My goals are lofty but achievable and this time, I’m hoping that I don’t have to start over…again.
